A box full of goodies to support local entrepreneurs during the pandemic

Context

During the COVID19 outbreak, local entrepreneurs struggled to get by.

Concept

The Bijlmerbox was created by HOBU in collaboration with Grow 2 Inspire to support local entrepreneurs from Amsterdam Southeast during the COVID19 outbreak. The city of Amsterdam acted as a “launching customer” and the boxes sold like hot cakes! This partly had to do with the opening of the temporary Bijlmerbox Pick-up Store in de Amsterdamse Poort. The Bijlmerbox nowadays is a known phenomenon and has a website of its own, ready to take your order.
