Concept

De Grote Wisseltruck (the swap truck ) is a food truck that can be used for six months at a time by talented food entrepreneurs who want to start their own little restaurant (on wheels). The food truck offers a fresh taste of Amsterdam Southeast cuisine to those working in the office buildings who step out to grab some lunch or after work drinks.
