Make Your City

Context

Amsterdam won the iCapital award in 2016 for being the most innovative city in Europe. The award proves that Amsterdam is leading with smart, social and creative solutions for a better life in the city. 'Amsterdammers, Make Your City!' wants to support all those innovative Amsterdammers.

Concept

Apart from the honor, Amsterdam received a substantial cash prize of €950.000. The prize was then given to innovative initiators of Amsterdam as they are the reason why Amsterdam won the award.

Contribution

We The City was part of the selection committee of the initiators of Amsterdam and helped initiators when asked.
