Context

An office area and a housing block facing away from each other because of the train track.

Concept

People from the neighbourhood were asked to come up with content for the underpass that connects the two radically different areas. Amsterdam’s own City Poet Gershwin Bonevacia used the information to come up with two short poetic sentences that light up above the underpass with the use of custom designed letters from Frederike Top Design.
